Techniques:

No walking practice tonight

A series of regular attacks with the jo (72). Followed by a couple of cycles across the mat with the attack for “hi otoshi” (72).

Straight attacks with the bokken (72), attacks for oshi taioshi (72), attacks for shihonage (72), attacks for Ai gamaeate (72).

No pushups tonight, had two volleyball games Tuesday and was a bit worn out..

Commentary:

Not certain why Trey did not show up.  Tropical Storm Cindy was approaching landfall.
