Basic slaps and rolls tonight. I got a few of mine in before Laura arrived.

The Walk:

Twice. And then an assessment session: Laura wanted to know what, specifically, she could improve in the Walk

Releases:

We did them all tonight.

Techniques:

Laura worked on Oshi-taoshi, Tenkai Kote Hineri, Shihonage. Then I got a chance to run through the offensive and defensive jo portions of Koryu Dai San No Kata.
